    Sun peeks out and

my eyes open with the brightness of the day. Yup, that's how I begun my day today. :)
I was sleeping up on the terrace last night so saw the sunrise today morning. It took me a long time yesterday night to fall asleep with disturbing thoughts crowding my head.

Lately, I've been in a bit of a mood with fever and weakness. It's just the weather of course but it always makes me sad to think of - well, when I start thinking.
Finally fed up with myself, I decided, I'd leave it on tomorrow. Whatever has to happen will happen. Why bother and spend a sleepless night? (How sensible I sound right now!)*giggles*

I have guests today. I don't know though how long they'll stay but they're cute.
They jumped down on to the terrace from the main terrace at three in the morning. I was on the terrace then, trying to pry myself away from my thoughts. They nearly made me jump out of my skin. :D

    Just arrivedMum and kids

I was about to yell bloody murder when I saw three white dumplings coming down the terrace through the high wall. It made me melt with love. A cat had jumped over and was trying to bring her kittens down safely.

These were taken when they came in, scared and defensive.

I have a small space on the terrace which is where I put all the junk. She took her kittens there and there she is, cosy now that she has a mat under her and her kittens and food in her stomach. :)

Hope their stay in my house is comfortable even if not for long.
