Examine what is said, not her who speaks

Well, it's time to welcome another year which means, I shall be another year older too! But what the heck.

So wishing you all a Very Happy New Year! Hope you guys have fun tonight while wishing goodbye to 2007. It's taught me a lot, this year.
There are good memories and back but my new year resolution says- I shall remember only the good ones and forget the bad. Not that I shall forget the lessons taught by some bad decisions I made in this year. I paid a price for those decisions and am determined that I shall not be taken for a fool in the next year.

Apart from that, I think I shall continue to lead my life as an adventuress and add some more into the well of knowledge. As long as my soul-mate and friends are with me, I am happy. I've already quit smoking so there is nothing else that I could quit this year. So it's fun time!

Today I shall go out with my old buddies and have fun.
However, right now, it's bath time. *stretches lazily- "I do need to be more active" methinks* It's gone chillier outside than before but I'm sure it's freezing out there where my friends and loved ones are. So all of you, where ever you are, have loads of fun this night and see you next year!

were on the menu tonight. I know it sounds crazy. Who goes for healthy and junk food together? I did.

And then, would you believe I'm supposed to be on a holiday but I've got work to do- something or the other, almost everyday. Not that I mind, on the contrary. Found my study book too so the assignment is near about complete. Out goes the romantic novel, in comes the assignment sheet.

I shall work on it tonight, need to finish it off as my cousin and his wife are coming down tomorrow to see me. Am sure we'll have lots of fun together. Hope you have a good evening. *bows out*

My dear friend is coming down to India from Germany for four months. He would have boarded the flight already by now I think. I am so happy to know that he will be here, never mind if he is in the Eastern part of India.
His coming here would mean that I can hope for another dear friend of mine to visit him in February, from Lebanon. Gosh! It makes me feel light with joy to know that some people I miss the most from my friend circle are going to be here.

In other news, I've started looking for a better job. Not that I didn't like the last one. It was great to teach all those Germans and learn something about them. I do miss my times there. All those chocolates, cheese cakes, gluhwein....ahem. Coming back to reality, if only my boss could pay me well-I'd dash back again for sure! *sigh*

I've got some good prospects to think seriously on during my stay in the Himalayas- with regards to the job I mean *adds hastily*. I am going to have to think hard and decide what I want to do finally. At the moment, I seem to be content with living at home, sleeping, eating and walking around in the garden. Soon, I will have to make decisions, but not yet. Let's take it one day at a time.

I wanted to post some pics here from my trip to the temple last week but my internet connection seems not to want me to do so. Ah well.....I shall learn to be content with what I have. *whistling soundlessly*

I am sure most of you would be very surprised to see me back. *winces as she hears Meno scream* Hello all. I have been absent for long and I must say that I am so glad to be here again finally.

But FIRST- MERRRRYY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL! Hope you're having a wonderful time; as good as I am.I have missed talking to y'all and reading what you guys have been upto. I don't even know how did it go for Meno when she was in the UK! But ...I have time- loads of time and space to read all the blog posts and write all that has been happening with me in these past months.

I am back in India for some duration and hope I get a chance to talk to all your cheerful people out here. Did anyone out here cull me from their list? I hope not.
Did I mention that Meno sent me a gorgeous scarf which makes me feel deliciously warm even in the freezing cold? Thank you once again Meno. Mwaahh!
