    How did it happen?

I can't believe how it works every time, with every single human being on earth!!

They say music has the power to heal or make you kneel. I most certainly, for one, can believe it one hundred percent!

Just a few minutes back, I was going through an odd mood of churing feelings; absolute roller coaster. Hearing a song I had gone nuts about in High School has given me the high I needed. (Maybe I miss ciggies while I work) Now I'm completely fine.:)
How in the effing hell does anything like this happen to your mind and your feelings in the span of a few minutes??!! Can someone explain this please???

  • Music soothes the Savage beast, the notes are attuned to the little cells in your brain. Thats why it can make you sad or happy. Music is one of the greatest Gifts we were given, like Beauty it can move you and stir up feelings, lift you and make you smile.

Besides if it is a favourite tune it will have good memories associated with it ;)

    • I agree with you completely LJ. It's one of the best gifts given to us. Dya know, I slept with a smile on my face, I woke up with one too!!
Glad to see you're still keeping in touch with my posts. :)Thank you

  • Not sure how it works but it is such a relief when a bad/strange mood lifts. :)

    Glad you are feeling better.

  • I can't explain it either, but it has the same effect on me. I always have music playing, at work and in the car, and it puts me in a good mood, especially when I get pissed off at other drivers (who are always worse than me, of course *cough* :D ).
Instead of being angry at them, I select a tune I like and really listen to it loud. Always helps. ;)

    • LOL! I think people here should definitely use this as a therapy while driving. Most of the times, you can see fights on the road and a lot of swearing and shouting, especially the bus drivers!
