India vs. Germany ( Emotions flitting across)

My mind has been on a constant trail of changes since I came back to India. I arrived here and find myself to be facing what is called a "Reverse Culture Shock". I dont know which life is a dream- the one that I live now or the one that I lived there, with friends and people who helped me every step of the way. I developed myself there, personally and professionally.

Here are a few memories I share with you guys. The rest, I keep in my heart, with my friends. :))

  • wow, beautiful pics of Germany!
I've heard of your dilemma. It's called 'reverse culture-shock'. I guess all countries have good and bads. I mean, while I'm in Japan, I have so many bad things to say about it, but when I go home to NZ, I know I will miss many good things about Japan, and say bad things about NZ. Haha. Can't win. Welcome home!

    • You're right. Not that I criticised Germany much during my stay there. It was a revelation to find they are not rude and unfriendly lot. So yes, it was a successful venture from the cultural education point of view. But yes, the Reverse Culture Shock did set in. Its only now that I am finally getting back into the groove. But I think, I have changed a bit with the way I used to think and behave, for the better. :)
Lets see what next year in France will show. In the meanwhile, I love being back to the haven of my parents.
